Boarding at Wesley College Glen Waverley - a boarding school with a difference
Learning in Residence at Wesley College
Wesley’s contemporary boarding facility, Learning in Residence, is purpose built for Senior School students in Years 9 to 12, who come from metropolitan Melbourne, rural Australia and international locations across Asia and Europe.
Learning in Residence builds on Wesley’s four fundamental principles of learning; learning to know, learning to do, learning to live with and learning to be, in the real-life context that living and learning in residence provides.
Boarding options
Learning in Residence offers boarding options to suit every family:
- Full-time boarders are resident seven days and nights a week during term time – an option well-suited to international and regional families.
- Weekly boarders arrive at 8.00am on Mondays and return home at 3.30pm on Fridays – an arrangement that suits many local Melbourne families.

A history of residential learning
Learning in Residence builds on Wesley’s rich history of residential experiences – a century of boarding, two decades of outdoor education, and the well renowned residential learning programs in Clunes, country Victoria, and Yiramalay, our Wesley Studio School in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia.
